Nénés Paris
Nénés Paris is a French lingerie, swimwear and loungewear brand founded by Margot Dargegen and Juliette Petit. The brand stands out for its commitment to eco-responsibility: recycled materials, European manufacturing and a sensible collection rhythm. Thanks to this approach, Nénés Paris is experiencing rapid growth and attracting a loyal clientele, while generating seasonal sales strongly concentrated on certain key periods of the year.
Seasonal financing requirements
Nénés Paris' strong growth created a paradox: the more the company sold and produced, the greater its need for working capital. The seasonality of sales and the need to stock key collections in advance were putting cash flow under pressure, with a real risk of stock-outs during periods of high demand. As a result, the company risked slowing down its own expansion due to a lack of available financing for its stock, and losing important sales during its seasonal peaks.
Our answer
To support this growth while securing cash flow, Karmen set up several tranches of financing tailored to Nénés Paris' operational needs, ranging from 50K to 100K. This financing enabled the company to cover stock requirements for the coming seasons, avoid stock-outs, free up cash and optimize margins on each collection.
Juliette Petit reflects on this support in her interview with Gabriel, co-founder and CEO of Karmen, on BFM TV. Karmen was able to respond quickly and flexibly where traditional banks could not, enabling Nénés Paris to turn its growth into a lever rather than a constraint.
